XME is a large, independent, jobbing castings foundry, located in Zhengzhou, Henan province. We produce all types of grey iron and ductile iron castings.
Our castings range from 0.1 to 500 KG. We are ISO 9000 Certified, and our casting quality has been certified by a number of our Fortune 500 customers including Caterpillar, Inc., John Deere, Case New Holland, etc.

XME's 170,000 square foot foundry complex consists of two facilities; one for no-bake castings from 500 lbs to 40,000 lbs and the other for green sand castings from 1 lb up to 1500 lbs. We employ 165 skilled workers and utilize the most advanced foundry technology and equipment for the economical production of high and low volume castings. We also offer a full range of value-added services including product design, manufacturing, testing, maintenance and after-sales support. All our products would have quality control systems conforming to ISO9001:2015 quality control systems. Continuing statistical process control and process capability improvement would be applied for all products manufacturing process. 1.In house spectrometer with 24 channels capable of testing Fe, Ni, Co, Al based materials and also Nitrogen content.
2.All heats poured are tested on-line on Spectrometer.
3.All the scrap used are also tested before using.
